For nearly 20 years, Tracy Dabbs has served as the coordinator of technology and innovation for her district. In this role, she creates and provides professional learning for all district teaching staff and instructional assistants. She also runs the district’s technology department, where the instructional emphasis has been inclusionary practices for a few years now. Previously, Tracy was a teacher for primary students for nearly 10 years. She holds the following certifications: K–8 general education, K–12 special education, 4–12 child development, and K–12 administration.
