Mike Woodlock is an innovative administrator, consultant, graduate instructor, and author of UDL Playbook for School and District Administrators. With 25 years of experience in education, Woodlock had the unique experience of being hired as a high school principal in Massachusetts in a district where he was immediately tasked with implementing a strategic plan that required a complete transformation of the education system through the lens of universal design for learning (UDL). His work with UDL has been highlighted in Principal Leadership, a publication by the National Association of Secondary School Principals.
